We offer a 30-day return window from the delivery date for online purchases. Products must be in their original condition to qualify for returns. If your order has been damaged due to shipping, please email and send proof to poppyandlane@gmail.com. 

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged or defective items.
